Please remind children to complete spelling homework each week and hand it in on a Tuesday and please check that chiildren are using the My Maths web site to help them with their work.

Curriculum

September 2014 saw the introduction of a new Curriculum and we worked hard tointroduce it on time. We have used the DFE document for KS1 and KS2 to firstly guide our implementation. The second aspect is the development of our curriculum which is based on our 'Curriculum Drivers' (see below). Please follow the links as they become available.

Curriculum Drivers are the values we underpin our teaching and learning with. The staff and Governors developed these in the summer term 2014 and invited parents to comment on our ideas. The linked document is a summary of our vision.

Working in conjuction with Sampford Arundel Primary and Stawley Primary Schools we have jointly developed our Rolling Programmes to enable us to deliver the full curriculum over time, 2 years for KS1 and 4 years for KS2. The links take you to each document.
